Encased est arrivé sur Kickstarter.
Ecrit par des scénaristes de chez Larian (Divinity Original Sin 1 et 2), Encased se veux un RPG hommage à Fallout 1 et 2 en vue isométrique et combats en tour-par-tour.
L'univers se situe dans des années 70 alternatives avec une idée de base bien SF old school : inspirée du roman 'Pique-nique au bord du Chemin' (Roadside Picnic en anglais) des russes Arcadi et Boris Strougatski, paru en 1972 (roman qui sert de base au livre et aux jeux STALKER, même si ils ne sont que très librement adaptés du livre).

Je suis bien tenté de mettre 18€ dans le projet.

We update regularly, uncovering facts and interesting details about our game and team. For example, 27th of September, our Dark Crystal Games studio published the first gameplay footage. Since the release of Encased, we've been constantly releasing patches that fix bugs and improve the balance of weapons and abilities. In parallel with the work on urgent fixes, the studio was working hard every day on the first content patch, an extension that moved the game's story forward. So far, only a part of the story line is ready, and during 2020 you will see even more content patches, that will be followed by the full-fledged release.

Development updates from Dark Crystal Games are back! In the latest update, we'll talk about the Encased narrative and how it will affect players. You'll learn how quests and stories under the Dome are created.

Only the most attentive will learn all the secrets and story of the Encased world. Each note, terminal or voicemail contains not only a part of the game's overall plot but also stories of people, trying to survive in the rapidly collapsing society. The protagonist is not a passive observer, they're the main driving force of the game world.

Hello, everyone!


Today we are pleased to present the second content patch for Encased. The world under the Dome was changed a lot. The game got day and night cycle, new locations, additional quests, characters and a mysterious companion with the fox mask.

We worked hard on an updated combat system, redesigned balance, added new weapons and weapon effects. Variability of the playthroughs was also increased thanks to new dialogue choices, an expanded skill system and additional encounters.
