Both games are currently on hold/negotiations in progress (like all other games in dark blue cells)
Asking prices is €310 for Art Of Fighting (plus shipping).

Yes, this artwork will probably never end up in an art museum

Sometimes "bad" artwork is the result of debatable choices, in other cases it's other circumstances.

One of the most famous and celebrates games for PlayStation was going to be published with horrible cover artwork that looked like it had been designed by a novice art student with no talent whatsoever (Bomberman's artwork here looked like a master piece,vwhen conpared to it). The artwork had aleeady been approved by the published and the decisione was final, because they did not want to delay the launch of the game.
Then Sony found a crash-bug in the last day of QA, the launch was delayed by 6 weeks and the bad, amateurish artwork was replaced by something still not memorabile, but at least nice to look at.
